Story line

"Manorathangal" is a psychological thriller film that follows Dr. Samuel (Prithviraj Sukumaran), a renowned psychiatrist who is tasked with treating a mysterious patient named Aby (Roshan Mathew). As Samuel delves deeper into Aby's mind, he uncovers a dark web of secrets and lies that lead him to question his own sanity. Meanwhile, Sarah (Nikhila Vimal), a journalist, is investigating a series of strange occurrences connected to Aby's past. As their paths converge, Samuel and Sarah must navigate the blurred lines between reality and delusion.
